This Cropped Chest Binder by US brand Underworks offers extreme chest compression.
This item brings the power with medical-grade compression and a comfortable cotton lining that is soft and breathable against your skin.
The shell of this compression shirt is comprised of medical-grade 70% nylon and 30% spandex compression material for firm, consistent shaping and a front lining made of soft and supple 100% cotton for a softer skin feel.
Finding the right fit is very important. Your binder needs to be tight enough that it compresses effectively, but not so tight that it causes pain or discomfort. Refer to our size guide shown in the product images or, if you are able to, we highly recommend coming in store and trying the binder on before buying.
We recommend that you don't bind for more than 8-10 hours a day. Stop wearing it if it becomes difficult to breathe or causes any pain or discomfort.

The more gently you clean your binder, the longer it will last.
We recommend:
Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle
Hang to dry or dry flat
If handwashing, gently squeeze out excess water from the garment (do not wring or stretch the garment).
Underworks allow for tumble drying on a very low setting, but we'd recommend air-drying to increase the life and shape of your binder.
