The more gently you clean your binder, the longer it will last.
We recommend:
Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle
Hang to dry or dry flat
If handwashing, gently squeeze out excess water from the garment (do not wring or stretch the garment).
We recommend air-drying to increase the life and shape of your binder.

M - 30-33 inches
L - 32-35 inches
XL - 34-37 inches
2XL - 36-39 inches
3XL - 38-41 inches
Binder sizing instructions:
- Go by your true chest measurements, measure at the widest point of your unbound
chest (for most this is at the nipples or slightly above) - Allow for normal breathing and air circulation
- Binder should be snug, but you should be able to take a deep breath
- Smaller is not always better, binding should never hurt
