For one of Max's favourite kegel training kits, look no further than the Nova set by Svakom. The Nova set includes three different sized and weighted trainers, each with a seamless coating of silky, smooth, 100% body safe silicone. It's one of our Maxette's favourite in-store thanks to its comfort and light stimulation.
Each of Nova's easy to insert and wear trainers contain an internal weight that responds to your body's movement. Plus, they're easy to remove with a simple and comfortable silicone string. Kegel weight training develops strong pelvic floor muscles, which can help with postpartum recovery, vaginal health, bladder control and best of all, sexual pleasure! So really, why wouldn't you get training?

Nova feel best used with a quality water based lubricant. Cleaning is simple with a body safe toy cleaner or antibacterial soap and water.

Silicone Toy Care
This toy is made of non-porous body safe silicone
To wash your toy you can:
Use an antibacterial toy cleaner, wipe down or rinse well (always rinse if toy is insertable)
Use an antibacterial soap and warm water (if your toy is splash proof or waterproof)
Pat dry with a clean, lint-free towel or cloth.
Store your toy in a toy bag or the original packaging. This not only keeps your toy clean, it keeps the toy separate from other toys, avoiding reactions from contact with other silicone formulas.
DO NOT submerge splash proof or non-waterproof toys in water.
ONLY use water based lubricants with your silicone products.
ALWAYS refer to your toy's custom cleaning guide either in the description or enclosed in the toy's packaging.
